Membership includes access to an incredible catalog of videos as shown in our "Music Video Library" page, with fresh content added monthly
Once you sign into your account, navigate to catalog called "Music Video Library" section in the top menu to access all of our videos.
Our content is available for streaming only and cannot be downloaded directly to your device. However, you can access it anytime by signing into your account. If you're using our mobile app (possibly coming later this year), you can save videos for offline playback, allowing you to watch your chosen videos later without an internet connection.
How do cancel my recurring subscription?
To manage your subscription, log into your account and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to cancel your membership by clicking End Membership. Your membership will be cancelled and your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period. If any problem with processing your cancellation online at the link above, you can email us immediately at exquisitevideo@streaming-subscription.com.
As noted during the check-out process and in our Terms & Conditions, we have a no-refund policy. You have the freedom to cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds, credits or partial reimbursement will be issued for cancellations or for members choosing to discontinue their membership, regardless of reason.
Does Exquisite Video have an App that I can download?
Today no; but we are expecting to have our first app available later this year...stay tuned!
Can I watch videos on my phone or table without using an app?
Yes; Our website adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content in a number of ways!
Can I watch videos on my TV without using an app?
Yes, by connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HMDI cable you can watch videos from our site to your TV
